I write about:
life - on getting the hang of things as a twenty-something trying to figure out her place in this big bad world.
love - on being young, madly in love, and having all of the possibilities of the future in front of us.
and mostly food - because I am a pleasure seeker. and food brings me pleasure. every aspect of it. except doing the dishes.
the good stuff.
"I have champagne bubbles running through my veins!" is something my mother has said all my life. It describes the moment when you feel like your blood is tingling with anticipation and excitement. It's one of the best feelings in the world.
Also, I'm marrying a hottie next December. Yes, I am.

Anyway, I totally get what you mean when you mention that you're constantly inspired by people and things yet feeling at a loss of what to do with this inspiration. Likewise, I have to admit that I'm greedy too as I want everything! There were days when I felt like Im stuck in a rut, it's almost like life's so routine and that I just needed a form of motivation to get me back in the gear.

I'm curious -do you happen to know your personality type? You sound like an INFP (that's what I am, too). I am always pondering things and frustrated at figuring out what to do w/ my inspiration! Lol. From what I've read so far, you remind me a lot of myself.

but with regards to the inspiration -- I get soooo excited about so many things and i can literally feel the champagne bubbles running through my body...no idea what to do about it. sooo frustrating!

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing that I've known you since we were what, 7? But reading everything you've posted on here has made me realize how much I don't know you. I am at a loss for words for how amazing this whole thing is you've got going on and how successful your life is. You seem so happy especially with the little things life brings and i am totally jealous with the ability you have to live and love. I think it's totally great what you have going on and I applaud you for everything you've accomplished in your 23yrs. You're an awesome person Camilla. TTYL.
